Introducing... NASTEC International´s Family Assistance Training

A two-day course designed specifically for the aviation industry, airline industry employees and in compliance with the U.S. Government´s Family Assistance Act.

This same comprehensive and custom solution has been successfully implemented at JFK International Airport. In addition, the PANYNJ, NTSB, TSA, ARC, Condon & Forsyth (the leading aviation firm worldwide), JFK/IAT, the Ramada Hotel and the media have been consulted in the development of this course.

Course Description
NASTEC International´s interactive course provides practical, hands-on tools and information to help attendees better prepare to handle a crisis situation. They will learn all aspects of crisis management including dealing with passenger survivors, family members and employees, as well as the media. This detailed course will help attendees meet complex emotional and logistical needs of families and affected passengers of a crisis.
